Danielle had a cat at Michelle's farm named 'Baby' - she begged me to bring the kitten home. I wouldn't let her since we had so many other critters due to her love of animals. So, I told my family that I wanted to get a dog for Abby [as a playmate] and that I would name it 'Baby' in honor of Danielle's kitten at the farm.
Our kitties - The first word that Danielle said wasn't DaDa or MaMa - it was kittie kat. . . . and a love for them she had. We always had a cat for Danielle ~ Sheena was her best friend - that is what she entered in her journal. Paris was adopted from a farm when Danielle went to Penn State - her and Michelle visited a farm and Paris was the newest addition. Zoe is her sister.
Danielle and Sheena - Sheena was Danielle's best friend - she loved her so. We got her when she was a kitten - she was the smallest kitten at the house behind the Edgewood Pool - Danielle was 6 years old when we got Sheena. Sheena died when she was 14 years old - Danielle was so very sad with the lose of her cat - we ordered private ashes and Danielle kept them in the warmest, sunniest place in the house. When Danielle died, we placed Sheena ashes in her casket with her. Her cousin Maggie thought of the idea and it was a perfect one.
